It still happens in single player to me but on a MUCH lower scale, at least it isn't every 10-20 minutes like Online.
Do you have problems like that in single player or just online?
i5 2500k and a 680. The game itself is smooth as ♥♥♥♥. It is a very solid port. I just cant play any missions or heist online, if i crash out of the blue.
I checked the windows event manager and it is an Application Hang error with the Event ID: 1002. Please check your windows event viewers to verify that were infact having the same issue, then we might be able to work on a solution unless someone has one already
I´m gettign the 1000 and 1005 event id.
"the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing. Windows closed the program Grand Theft Auto V because of this error.
"
Digital copy.
sounds lame but maybe there are drivers missing. There is a nice software tool called DriverNavigator that helped me finding a lot of drivers I could not find otherwise. Might be worth a shot
If any of you actually took this guy's advice and downloaded this program I would remove it immediately and run a virus scan.
Having the same problem as everyone here. Single Player seems to be working fine with at most 1 or 2 crashes every 2 hours. But Online is unplayable at the moment, because I can't play for more than 5 minutes before it crashes to the desktop. Was hoping to play me some GTA Online, but it seems I might have to wait a while for Rockstar to clean up the mess.
