Stuck in Prologue!

i don't know whats going on, i load the game fine i load the story fine, i get into the prologue and see trevor kick the door in and tells me to get the guard, i'm able to move and shoot and open the menu.
but as soon as i go to walk through the door i get a black loading screen that doesn't load anything!

anyone help?

I have exactly the same issue. Ticket submitted on Rockstar support, no answer...

I think the reason it stops/breaks is because it's supposed to play a cutscene but fails to load it.

Yep, pretty sure that's what is happening too. I'm re-installing the game.

I have this problem too, haven't found the solution yet. I try reinstall GeForce Game Ready Driver for Grand Theft Auto V and delete profile in my documents, without luck. I'm reinstalling the game now.

Did any of the rest of you have problems with the initial install/pre-load, like data rollbacks etc? Wondering if some of our install data got corrupted.

I found solution, now everything works.The problem was because some files are not completely downloaded or missing (for me it was files x64.a, x64.e, x64.w and missing some files in update folder). Visit this site http://www.reddit.com/r/GrandTheftAutoV_PC/comments/328ljj/found_a_fix_for_the_social_club_download_reset/ and check yours md5 checksums using WinMD5Free, delete wrong files and download it again.
