I restarted steam after steam updated then it started to actually download. At 100% now but it says its updating which is taking forever.

try this? http://steamcommunity.com/app/271590/discussions/0/611703709830741914/

It also seems like the last file for me...or before the last one more likely.

This is what I thought to but it's not a glitch. It's actually unpacking even though it doesn't indicate it and still says downloading, but if you notice it says "Busy writing to disk" on the left. It takes LONG ass time, just do something else for a while it will eventually say 100% then it will continue unpacking the only indication its doing anything is the tiny task bar on the left of your download status or you can check your system in task manager to see activity (my poor 5200 RPM HDD was working near 100% . After letting it sit and just do its thing It took mine a good hour and a half to unpack and install the game completely.

yeah I put it on my regular hdd kind of wish I had a bigger SSD now.

maybe you should just wait for steam to write file into hard drive,it will take almost 1 hour,

if its really decrypting and extracting then better sollution was to download gta when it came out not pre-loading, but oh well. wait game begins!

Me too.

The unlock didn't wanna work on my SSD, appeared to be copying files from the downloading folder to the common folder instead of moving them, thus filling up my SSD.

I had to just delete the preload and download it again, worked fine that way.

I disagree unless you get constant 10 mb/s plus and atm the server is being bogged down and is going slow it would take way longer than 30 minutes to download the entire game.

Yupp but the one percent did come after restarting steam and launching the game. It will take a while cuz some compessed files have to be unpacked. Anyway mine is working now - good luck

He was talking about the decription process, not the entire download.
