Not sure but actual distances are kind-of made up anyway so a mile in game is not exactly a mile in real life.
Some very specific countries use metrics and others use miles, not two entire regions lol.
All this delay and no way to change to Metrics and vice versa? Fix this Rockstar LOL.
Real English uses miles too, so it's correct.

I can only see 2 countries which don't use the metric system: USA and Burma. So what about Canada, Australia, UK...?
