Pause menu keeps popping up

[Nasty Sewage Boy]

Every 20 seconds or so the pause menu pops up 2-4 times even though i'm not pressing the pause button. How do I make this crap stop?

Try disabling "Pause Game on Focus Loss" in Graphics.

Ha! Nice ripdog! I thought my controller was busted or something. That does seem like a weird setting to me. What would be the advantage to pausing the game on "Focus Loss?"

Sometimes programs like Skype or Virus/Marware protection programs will boot you out of fullscreen.A running game minimized can cause crashes very often.Something I learned sadly when I played MMOs alot xD

Hmm, interesting. Thank you ShadovvWolfie. GTA V keeps on starting on windowed mode despite being set to fullscreen. I'm guessing it has to do with the virus/Marware protection I have running like you metenioned!
