How to connect steam account to rockstar account

Head to: http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/

Sign into your Rockstar Account
Once signed in on the top bar of the website click the options cog.
In the dropdown menu, select Settings.

In Settings you want to click the linked accounts tab
Select the steam option "link account" and follow as prompted

for me it shows only facebook, google, xbox live, playstation, games for windows, and twitter. I do not see a steam option

You have to do it via the Social Club Launcher. But the Steam Window which shows you your game code is overlaying the conncection button for steam - social club. When you are in the Window, where it shows "connect social club - steam", just use shift tab to open steam overlay, close overlay and you should be able to continue the connectin.

I have a profile that was set up way back for PS3 and is linked to everything I have done, and when I bought MP3 on Steam I forgot about my account credentials and simply created a new one. Now trying to launch from Steam automatically trys to use the account I only created for MP3, not my PS3 account. To counter this I used my steam key on the Social Club website while logged into the account I DO want to use. However, it said the key had already been used (After successfully using the key to unlock and download the game), and now I can't launch the game from EITHER launcher.

Please help me.

Hi i Logged in on the launcher and it switched to my steam account but how do i check my email for that account?
