I've tried creating another windows account with a simple, no space name, but this doesn't help at all. I think the Rockstar social hub might be terminating the startup as they're being stormed with connections right now. Just a theory :p

Disable your GPU in the device manager, start the launcher, then renable your card. its a driver issue.

download another copy of the gtalauncher exe and replace it in the steam gtav library.

Put Steam in offline mode then try again.

I Highly suggest the device manager disable GPU, launch the launcher, then re-enable fix too if you have NVIDIA.

SOLUTION: Put Steam in Offline mode then launch GTA V. Worked for me.
