Just upgrade the RAM to 128GB ECC and stick a 970 in it

I actually put a 120GB ssd and 8GB of ram in my chromebook, and then added linux and steam to it. I can run portal 1 and half life 2! :P Don't worry, I own 3 other gaming computers (including one of valve's 300 beta s teamboxes) I just did it for grins and giggles.
