Just to let you know, Nvidia released a driver just for the GTA V Launch today, with optimzations for the game. A link to the nvida beta page below

I installed the update and now geforce experience game optimization isnt working for me, I don't use it for anything else than checking baseline settings before I adjust them myself.

I know my card supports it and so does the rest of my build, but Experience is saying my 780 ti is not supported...

How random, I'd just uninstall the entire thing and re-install, make sure at the link you selected 780ti, and correct windows, and reboot, and it should work :)
