GTA V runs with the same engine, but is more graphically intensive.
There is no chance any HD Integrated graphics will run this game.
What i'm saying is, even tho the graphics card sucks (and I know it, I'm stuck with this graphics card until I get money to replace my rig), it really depends on your CPU, ram, drivers, etc. But, honestly, I think (at least for me) that GTA 5 might run around 15 fps, maybe a good 5-10 fps more if there is an option to turn off shadows completely. (though that will make the game look ugly)
Although, with 32 mb video memory goign againt 2 gb, which is a huge leap from GTA 4, maybe intel hd may die? But I was able to use 300-400 mb on gta 4, so who knows?
But, if your pc model is, idk, older than 2012, probably not runnable? Dunno.
As you can see the 7660D, comes no where near the min requirements...

not a chance unfortunately
Don't listen to those who claim that the game won't run at all - you most likely can RUN the game for sure on intel graphics. You have a good chance of getting a playable framerate too if you tank the settings.
But for the ideal experience, you might wanna upgrade anyways :) I primarily game on my desktop and just got a GTX760 installed and am looking forward to 1080p high settings!
