http://mafro.ca/v/ - countdown for your country
Nope, no timer. It just displays the release date on the page.
Most games do have timers nowadays. Mortal Kombat X which is releasing on the same day also has a timer, along with almost every single game that is releasing between now and April 14. GTA is probably an exception because of the large international audience it will be reaching, along with midnight physical releases in most regions.
As I said, this is only the case if they have a countdown. If there is no countdown, which has happened in the past, the game will release at midnight in each region. To boot. EB Games Australia is saying midnight on the 14th, whilst midnight EDT for us is 2pm. If the game was releasing at 2pm digitally, it would release the next day, the 15th of April physically, such as Mortal Kombat X.
So says Natalie Dormer.
