Your link kept redirecting to the warehouse homepage so i kept clicking the PC ad on the front page > http://www.rockstarwarehouse.com/store/tk2rstar/en_US/pd/productID.312214400/Currency.CAD <. Which does in fact give you the 69.99 pricing
BUT if you click on Games in the upper bar of the page and select either PC or PC digital dowload. You will get the old pricing at 59.99$ . Which i'm assuming is how you got there in the first place.
