GTA V Online - Can't access Stock Market

I just want to say that 10% of the players can not access the GTA Online Stock Market "Bawsaq". Making use of the stock market allows you the ability to make enough cash to buy the best cars, the best upgrades to those cars, the best houses with the best garages, tanks, armored cars, military vehicles, etc.

Although many players have their best guesses on how to get other's stock market working, none of the suggestions ever work, and these players end up quitting due to being left behind. This problem makes me think that possibly R* thinks they will sell more GTA cash for real money, but that truly would get expensive fast.

I have my online character logged in, but can not access the online stock market with any of my online characters; I have my RockStar Social Club account logged in; I have played from start to finish offline; I have completed the offline game that is connected to my online account; my offline characters have complete access to the online stock market; I have tried to access the stock market BAWSAQ at every possible real time of day and night;
I have come accross other issues where my offline characters are refused access to the online BAWSAQ, but since they already have stock, I am allowed to look at my owned stock and purchase more or sell some, which then grants my offline character full access again; my offline characters have over 1.2 billion dollars in stock; but still, my online characters can not access any part of the stock market BAWSAQ. Players are no longer allowed to share money with each other.

Anyway, I want to upgrade my existing GTA Online account to the new version on Steam, but I refuse to if this major game function is not available for my online characters 'still'.

I have reported this issue to RockStar three weeks ago, and they refuse to respond to my official help request. But they responded to my L.A. Noire bug report a month prior within 2 days.

If my post is deleted, I will post it as a negative review and advertise my review, until the issue is addressed.

No one can access the Bawsaq stock market, because that feature was never added to GTA Online. Yes, it was planned, but it was never added.

Maybe with the pc release they might overhaul the system and its why they haven't said anything on the matter

I wonder why they won't just tell me that the BAWSAQ is not a function of the Online game?! What the...
