Any way to quickly remove cash from a game save?

Same here, apparently the money may not automatically be applied to your characters and there might be a code to activate.

If not, I think some people said buy an expensive car and don't insure it, then blow it up. I really don't know, would like to know the answer to this question myself, as I don't want free money either.

You can buy something and get rid of it. But don't forget that singleplayer money doesn't matter at all. You'll get lots of money just by playing the story.

Online you can do the same, buy a car, get rid of it. Or you could just not use that money...

You have to find a car off the street, if you purchase a 500k+ car online it comes insured.

Okay, thanks for the replies. I guess that wasting a bunch of my early moments in the game spending lots of cash is just what I am gonna have to do

I'm more concerned about the singleplayer money, don't care about multiplayer. If i have some extra cash on multiplayer fine, but singleplayer is what i'm most interested in.

1 million really isnt that much since every thing online is alot more expensive. it'll only take you about 5 mins to get rid of it all.

Trust me youl find a use for the money in gta fast enough be it online or story...but if you realy dont want it then use to put bountys on other players heads so that whoever kills them gets the money or just give it to some random player,besides 1mil in gta is pocket change

Weren't some people complaining about having to grind quite a lot in GTA V Online? In case it's grind-intensive to unlock or progress online, then why not keep the 1$Mil and use it to unlock sick stuff.

If it's like the Stimulous package that they gave to everyone in GTAO shortly after the initial launch, it will only be a single time reward. To get rid of it, start the game in single player, play until you get the money, delete the save file and start again. Go online, create a character, get the money, create a second character, ensure that they don't get the money, delete the first character. Money is gone quickly and easily.
