The banshee shown in that video is primarily based on the Viper... I don't think it looks like a Supra at all other than the color...

They're currently doing it in Max Payne 3 .. then again things could have changed , the online portion of GTA is much different to MP3 , we'll know when the game comes out i guess

Source is actually playing the game, that's their anti cheat. you will never be put in lobbies with regular players again after getting marked

They have regular lobbies, bad sport lobbies and cheater lobbies. I think they do this as a way to keep people playing the game they paid money for but not (potentially) ruining it for legit players.

Mods add content, Hacks are for Cheating

Mods are not Hacks
Hacks are techinaclly Mods, but its like a square.

I Square is a Rectangle, but a rectangle is not always a square.

If it cheats and adds unfair advantages, then its a hack.

If it adds additional content that does not interfere with "fairness" Such as, new guns, new cars, new hats, new masks, new clothes, new homes, etc...

Hacks would be, Aimbot, Infinte Ammo, Godmode, Fly mode, Shooting in passive mode, Passive mode players aren't passive, Bad sport lobby evasion, etc...

Mods can be cheating. If it modifies the game files it could mark you as a cheater. Simple as that. We don't know 100% until we know how it handles that exactly. You could easily mod the files to make people more visible and things like that, or invisible textures and things like that to see through ♥♥♥♥ or whatever.

Unfortunately the Banshee doesnt handle like a supra would (banshee=viper) so other then looks I doubt it would handle like one.

And yes it will be modded in, just like in GTAIV
