How to create dedicated server GTA V?

I'm developer and i want create own server of GTA V. Can I make?

no, you can only use rockstar servers. However, you can make clan/group only games that are invite only

I have a feeling you won't be able to make your own servers. As its hosted by rockstar, if they did allow dedicated then i'm sure it would come to the console but as of right now I doubt users can have dedicated serves.

on consoles there's dns servers that have mods and s.hit sooo yea you could
