So, there are a lot of bonus for 'returning players'.
People who played GTA 5 logged in with Rockstar Social Club will get things like the Dodo plane, Hatchet weapon, new mission with Michael, and so f'n on. It's fair if someone bought the game twice, but for PC gamers with a gaming PC and no console, they just make it impossible to get, because they gave no chance to play the last game version.
I hope this will be a DLC or something because it's just sucks this way. I would even buy it.

i fully agree with making these bonuses purchasable dlc for pc players. the majority of us do not own any current or previous gen consoles, making said bonuses unreasonably unobtainable for us.

The returning player content is for returning players, as a reward for players who already bought GTA V. No, people who didn't already buy it shouldn't get it. That's the whole point of a returning player reward.

Currently 45m other people have already bought GTA V, you had about 18 months to do so.

Yeah its fair that these players get the bonuses for free for sure, i dont think anyone is arguing that. Its just that offering these as a paid dlc would be nice - especialy for the missions - the extra items i can live without, but missing out on extra gameplay missions kidda sucks. No one is saying it should be free for new PC players, but again as a paid dlc would be pretty fair.

Also saying 'you had about 18 months to do so' is assuming that all PC players have a console as well - many do not.

As a returning player myself it's nice to get those bonuses but I also agree that other non returning players should be able to at least purchase It. The bonus for being a returning player should be that it's free.

Or do what I did. If you don't have an xbox 360 or ps3 rent one (I know a few places around here that still rent them). If it's an xbox 360 and you've never had live gold get the free trial, and get a free trial to gamefly. Rent it, play it, and then transfer it to PC.

I can't rent consoles here. Not from stores or even friends.
So, as a PC gamer, it's impossible to me to get these bonuses. I paid for the game but I'm still a disappointed costumer.

Wait, so I can't get the Dodo if I haven't played before? I really wanted to buy this plane in Online. And what's the new mission with Michael called? I've never heard of it.

Doesn't the post about the returning player stuff clarify that we're able to purchase it with ingame money?

And that returning players get it free?

Unfortunatelly it's not an ingame money issue, it's real money thing.
If you did not play the last generation version of the game logged in with RSC, you CAN'T get these concent. Until Rockstar decides to allow us to buy them as a DLC.
