Horn sound and proximity mines question

When using E to use the proximity mines, how to use the horn too ¿?

you don't.. unless the mines are disabled by a mission/job.

Edit: Horn MIGHT work while you're airborne, but I still wouldn't be surprised if it dropped a prox mine instead

Is the same button, so when using proximity mines on vehicles, the horn doesn´t work ?

It works, but the mines take priority over the horn. I have gotten the horn a few times, but the majority of the time you get the mines.
