I don't remember my GTA account in STEAM... Can I register again?

I don't know why it even ask me on account when it's already sign to my STEAM but how can I remove it. No way that I will remember my account password mail.. thanks

You'd have to contact R*, prove ownership, and have them unlink steam from the social club account. At that point - you might as well jump all those hoops and just have them change the email to a new one you have access to. Assuming you haven't tried to log into social club, forgot password, and stuffed all your old emails in, checked old devices, browser credentials, etc. The code is single account/use - so you can't just make a new account and carry on.

tl;dr/lazy - use this link below to contact R* without logging in to RECOVER the already linked social club account/fix/change email to one you have access to. Many hoops to jump to prove you're the owner, have steam account, cdkey etc, and roll the dice on help-

They also have phonecallback, and livechat - but both require you to be logged into 'any' social club account to access them. You'll find those options in various topics alongside the webticket button. Product activation is a usual location. These are sometimes disabled/removed, and of course - YMMV.
