No, it's free. Should just be in your steam library.. Can also try restarting steam. Make sure you aren't just looking at favorites, and can see games that are not installed. They've also since hidden the legacy store page and now pushing this one -

Haven't gone online yet myself - but that seems to be the general consensus. So was the removal of graphical benchmarks but that appears to only show up after you advance to Franklin's house in storymode. Maybe the online chatters just need to.. progress... or do something. /giggle

Maybe only the new update about mission on the hangar but no upgrades from console or animals. I already see some :) is cutie

You would need to go with Enhanced. HSW, Hao, and the new cars are only available for Enhanced... for now. Everything will likely carry over later.
