it might be impounded, while you're in free-roam send any vehicle you have back to the garage, open the map and scroll through the menu on the right side and look for a vehicle icon.

edit: i think you cant use an impounded vehicle in any mission though

Do not check inside MOC, use interaction menu to call in PV that could be parked there. If you don't have actual parking bay, the car can be invisible inside it.

Bro. Open interaction menu (M key), go to service vehicles>MOC and use personal vehicle request option.

Also have you called insurance? If you can't figure it out, host/join random apartment heist, select specific car for use and after you complete setup/finale, you will respawn with it in freeroam.

OMG I was actually able to call the rebla gts through the moс interaction menu. The car wasn't in the trailer but the Chester McCoy was able to deliver it. Thank you so much, I love you!
