Nothing from ROCKSTAR WORKS NOW!

Since they changed the Social Club to whatever they have now,ive come back to try GTA4/5 i reinstalled BOTH GaMES and alas! NONE of them no longer work The Launcher gets STUCK after its installed the SDK and i go to run the game i cant even get into the new social club if there is one WTF has Rockstar done? is this ok and even legal for them to BREAK our Games after say 300 Hours of play and theres nothing we can do about this? If the games doesnt work after you just buy it you get your money back,but when they BREAK your game a few years after release your SCREWED!.... what the hell do i do now folks?....im now reinstalling Red or Dead 2 and i have a funny feeling whats about to happen too.... Brb

OH REALLy and you know this?Is this a very recent thing then? because im now starting to break my own pc in trying to find the problem!! Rockstar could at least say something! or maybe they have as yous eem to know

im only half installed Red or Dead..and i now know this isnt going to work too....WTF!!!!!! You DO realise if say Rockstar has gone and broken our software we wont get a DIME back off Rockstar or Valave this is where the Game industry has now Broken big time"!

Welcome to the club of players who can no longer play this game. I'm a linux user who have played this game for many years, thousands of hours. I can't even access my character in a solo lobby since battleye disgusting kernel level anti cheat. I was hoping they would enable support for linux/steamdeck but doesn't seem to happen so I will uninstall this turd now and I'm never buying anything from r* again.

I suggest you do the same. They don't care about you ,or if you can play the game or not. You gave them your money and that's all they will ever care about. You are not getting any money back. Write a negative review, warn others and don't buy from them again. That's all you can do.

I just did the same gave Three Negative Reviews for GTA5/4 and Red or dead 2 and Steam stopped me doing a 4th! it says ive made enough negative reviews in a short period of time! Wow im even being stopped for doing this.

Try this -

Uninstall R* Launcher and R* Social Club and delete their folders found in prog files x86, prog files and your documents folder.

After that launch the game via Steam and everything you need to play the game should be freshly installed.

i replied to you in other post but yes i will give it another go...everytime i do this it has failed and ends upo with whole PC freezing up and a manual re boot has tot ake place even this is becoming unstable and it has now crashed on boot up too...thankyou Rockstar/Valve i dont care which of them is responsible BUT it is Defo one of the above!

six out of six ROCKSTAR GAMES no longer work...and its down to The New Launcher/Social Club nonsense!!! FUMING is an understatement! that's what $500.00 worth of Software that's now Totally Unplayable!!

In the meantime those of us who dont know about |IT will uninstall these Games from their original drives etc like i have done too and also make this mess x10 worse and they will have now to factor this in too when fixing this Monstrosity !!WELL DONE whomever is found responsible for this Major F-UP!
