Hello, could someone tell me, if I change the character from (man to woman or from woman to man) do I lose everything I bought with real money or do I stay in the new character, thank you

If it's even possible to change gender. But if it is (haven't tried myself, can't say), the answer is NO. You just change your character's visuals and whatnot, the character itself will continue, so stuff unlocked and bought will stay. Also you can only buy the in-game currency with IRL money, so there's nothing you'll loose of the other "material" stuff. And you definitely won't loose money anyway.
You'll loose 100K GTA$ as that's the price of the change itself, other than that, it's safe.

It's possible, Press M to open the interaction menu, go on "Appearance", then press "Change Appearance", this will cost 100.000$, But you can change your face, your gender, and whatever you wanna change about your look. It also won't get rid of your money or any progress, It'll just change your look.
