Edit: One note, since you're speaking of only the Clubhouse, you could have your actual business locations at better places on the map and the work for those would be easier. I seldom visit my Clubhouse - just once or twice in a real world year and that's including when I used to actively do MC work with the Happy Helpers crew.
Start from Nightclub / Kosatka / Autoshop , etc ...

What I was curious about, and didn't find a list, is where do the other missions take place, like Guns for Hire, Gunrunning, Jailbreak or the others.
I didn't see a free MC Clubhouse, the cheapest is 200k.
Also I have a Nightclub and a Kosatka, I just wanted a MC Clubhouse for the Nightclub, I will run those businesses through the Nightclub, I am just curious as to where those other missions send you. In case I am bored and want to play something new and different to what I usually play.
Yeah I understand how the additional businesses from the MC Clubhouse work, I was planning to run them through the Nightclub, which is supposed to be friendlier for solo players. I have no interest in running a mission where I have to drive 3 or 4 vehicles from A to B and then dash back to drive the next.
I was mainly interested in the stuff you can do with the MC Clubhouse itself, I heard it also got something that passively accrues some money as well.
And no, I don't have the Enterprise Starter Pack, the hell I would give Rockstar more money for a game I already paid for lol. The same thing with Ubisoft, since Far Cry 5 you can buy all weapons with real money, I would never give them extra money... if they tune a game in a way that you kind of have to spend extra cash I'd rather play something else, I have way too many games I need to still play before I die.
