GTA 5 Native Trainer bug?

Hi, I installed GTA V native trainer and for some reason, if i die (my character won't die), my character changes skins (not different skins, just the default skin) and goes back to normal. so far I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Scripthook V and Native trainer asi, but it still does the same thing, can anybody help me?

you probably tried to change your skin in online or single player. So when you die you see michael for a couple of sec then you come back to your default skin, its a bug, a couple of mods fixed it. Don'T expect that on native trainer, this mod menu is for noobs, (beginners)
