Can't buy bullet-proof tires?

After patch 1.27 I haven't been able to purchase bulletproof tires for any of my cars. It charges me the $25000 but doesn't apply the upgrade. Anyone know whats going on?

I fixed this a while ago. Theres a certain mod menu that makes ot so bullet proof tires dont work. Not sure which one.

i believe its the washed out v2.1 that caused it. same happend to me, but disabling washedout stopt it.

No its not just an 'online cheating menu'.

Different menus offer different things. So if they say they use it for offline use only theres no reason not to believe them.

Right, because Teleport to, and drop money on player functions being the premier use of the menu are really consequential in the quest for good mods which there are plenty of for single player.


They just so happen to be using the one that's famous for its online interaction. Riiiiight. All of the other functions washed out offers can be found in other non online menus. In fact compared to some washed out is pretty limited.

I can't speak as to what the menu contains or doesnt contain or how it compares to others but someones choice of menu doesn't dictate whether they are a cheater or not. If you want to have this skewed view of people then go right ahead.
