I'm finding these around the map as of today. Los Santos customs will only let me repair it and paint it tho, not keep it. Any ideas?

Becouse car price of 100k is the limit for taking it from the street. You can buy it anytime from another user in CarMeet.

these cars are too hot to keep for free, u have to buy them.
