Anyone getting crash with newest Scripthook?

I play GTAV exclusively in story mode and occasionally use Alexander Blade's Native Trainer pack which has everything to run on GTAV and I'm using the latest ScripthookV from C-Dev, usually it only crashes if Scripthook is out of date, anyone having this issue and/or know if Scripthook is out of date, latest release was Dec 15 2024.

Of course, not anymore- 9 days later. The game was updated today - Feb 19. Magic.
However, my downgrade works so.... also.. magic?

Nothing new. Nearly every 'game' update breaks scripthookv/others. You can turn off automatic updates. You see the game has an update? You backup your .exe's, your .dll's, your update/update2.rpf's - update, then put them back. Else,you put steam in offline mode, or replace the appmanifest_271590.acf with an updated one.

Can also use steamdb to find the updates, and get the specific files that were replaced, and only do those. Or use steam console to pull the old ones down. Or, you can find some place already providing them (like my profile comments) so you can downgrade your game and keep playing. -.-

Otherwise? Don't play, and wait for the update - usually 1-14 days though AlexanderBlade (or whoever updates it) - has been quicker the last few updates.

Fun stuff - game updates after steam sales. There's many ways to skin an update that breaks storymode mods.

.. and Prepare now for it to likely be 'broken' again in March unless you stay on the old version, or..... depending how they roll it out. Woo, split versions, different .exe's, maybe add it to the window that pops when launching from steam as a choice. More fun to be had and questions to ask... -.-
