tbh hackers / cheaters are in almost all games and all of these anti cheat programs can be bypassed if your try hard enough.
best way to battle with them is to kick them out of lobby and block them

Yesterday i was in a session .... noticed nobody was taking 'Business battle goods'... decided to take them... then pop-up said i had that one full in warehouse... so i just asked multiple times from the odd 10 other players if they wanted it... finally one said ... 'ok i will take em' ... so i left them near my NC then i noticed said player basically being a griefer....using some teleport.... was also disconnecting (no 'removed because of hacks' notice mind you) and back in the lobby after a minute or so... then said person also had the audacity to kill me and didn't even take the supplies when i exited the vehicle near him. Well after multiple left lobby and multiple rejoins said person finally disappeared and nobody even cared about the supplies and they went to waste *rolls eyes*

Well, PC isn't their primary platform. It's PlayStation, followed by Xbox. So working on combatting cheaters doesn't make more money for them. In fact, it cost them playerbase thanks to BattlEye crippling Linux users' ability to play
