Altruist Acolyte Achievement is Missable?

I already finish game 100℅ completion. I never bring the victim to altruist. Can i replay the random event again so i can bring the victim to altruist?

You may have to start a new game to do it as you only get so many random events then they stop spawning

For 100% completion only 14 out of 60 random events are required.
