4K Problem
I currently have my computer hooked up to a 4K TV for games and I was planning on playing GTA V in 4K, but it seems to be very buggy and laggy for no reason. My computer is more than capable at running GTA V at 4K max settings and it has so before, but now it's very buggy and laggy for no reason at 4K. Is there any fix to this? I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times.

I was able to fix it just by deleting my save file. My save file and settings were corrupted which caused the weird bug and lag issue on 4K
