Agency or Kosatka?
Currently doing the Drug Wars missions to save up for like an Agency, Nightclub or Kosatka but can't actually decide which.

I know the Kosatka lets you do Cayo Perico but i've heard its a pain in the A to actually solo the first few times so I was thinking, do the Agency or Nightclub offer an easier way of making money?

Go for sub/cayo, that's literally the easiest heist in the game. If you struggle, watch some guides on YT, NC needs way more investment and income is pretty slow. VIP contract from agency takes almost 2x longer to complete and pays less.

While cayo is on cooldown and until you get other properties, do cluckin bell raid. Also complete first dose missions to get free acid truck (later buy/upgrade acid lab). Acid produces pretty quick, sales are always one vehicle, can buy supplies via phone.

Aye fair enough. Thanks. Was just unsure because last time I played was like... 2017 ;p
The Nightclub is cool, but waiting for the money is like watching paint dry. The Cayo heist is only difficult the first couple times....after that, you are a pro at it and the money is good. The DrDre mission (agency) is the same way...ez-peezee after a couple tries. There's more to do options wise with the agency, but i personally had a lot of fun with Cayo too so I'd choose that first.
