Will quant v get me banned on gta online
can someone please tell me if i will get banned in gta online for using graphics mod

If it needs dinput8.dll to run quantv - you won't get online, and therefore won't get banned. Equally, if it needs openiv (looks like it does), you also won't get online.

Not without jumping through hoops, and ignoring R* stating 'no mods online'.
