reset socialclub launcher account no longer available

This launcher is stupid. Attaching this 10 year old game to a launcher in order to play is incredibly stupid. Rockstar doesn't enough games to warrant this thing, I cant get back onto even playing the base single player game because i no longer have the email this game was tied to when it comes to the launcher. Every time i try to start the game it wants to start up sending a code to an email I no longer have. not only do i not have the password to that account but the email is no longer in service or active from what yahoo says when i tried doing a password recovery,
This makes 0 sense. my steam account has the product key and everything.

I dont even mind having to start my online account over just let me play my game again single and multiplayer. There needs to be a live chat ability with customer service. Im not really blaming steam on this one this is rockstar.
