And btw, you actually take the exit leading to staff door, or follow yellow checkpoint which can spawn at wrong exit?
if one of you gets the annoying blackscreen while the other guy already left the casino without any issues, tell the guy with balckscreen to switch between fullscreen and window mode by using alt+ enter
this alt+enter method also works if you get stuck in the terrorbyte on its mission screen
it helps to do the heist in silence so try to sneak out without triggering the alarm so you have more time at exit to solve the issue without getting constantly attacked and losing money
the mantrap issue needs a different approach btw

However, it sounds like this case might be an exception. There is only one way I know to go from the heist board directly to the casino entrance. If a player is affected by the loading bug, and non-affected players park close to affected player, affected player can still enter the vehicle with "F" at which point non-affected players can take everyone to the casino. After getting past the outside keypad, the game re-loads everyone inside the casino, giving affected player's connection a new synch to reconnect with everyone.
There are several moments during the heist this could take place:
- At the launch of the heist. Players sometimes end up stuck at a loading screen but can still move their character in game.. mainly entering a vehicle with "F".
- At the transition from outside to entering the casino. Just like you can get stuck loading into your properties, casino or LSCM in a public session.
- Inside the mantrap when player markers flicker multiple times on the minimap. This happens once on the way into the vault as the game unloads casino interior and loads vault interior.. then again on the way out as the game unloads the vault interior and loads the new casino interior.
- Upon exiting the Casino. Before and/or after the noose cutscene.
There are also some other common bugs worth noting:
- The mantrap can disconnect duo runs. If you are two manning, stay close as you WALK through the mantrap until the mini-map flickering is done. The faster you are moving, or the farther apart you are from each other, the more likely the game is going to wet the bed trying to sync you together.
- Lining up to loot carts will freeze characters. I'm not sure what causes this, but I have to suspect it's a latency issue. Players will hit "E" to loot the cart, the camera view will adjust and then your character is just stuck there.. You cannot loot by clicking the mouse button, you cannot escape holding esc or del. This sometimes resolves itself, but it can definitely be a heist breaker..
- Stationary guards. Most guards are supposed to be patrolling the casino. Sometimes the patrols make things tougher, other times they make them easier as stationary guards can sometimes be stuck in an area where the cameras will see the bodies, or can make sneaking around corners or into a room impossible.
There's probably some Aggressive specific bugs I'm not familiar with because I don't do that approach, but the aforementioned have been found on both Silent & Sneaky as well as Big Con.. Despite all the bugs and player headaches, the casino heist is still my favorite heist in the game..
Not really, but it does seem to help to get all the team members to trigger the exit at about the same time. Taking a few minutes to ensure everybody is at max health and armor before triggering might help too. What it looks like happens to me is the player that is tail-end Charlie as far as connection speed gets caught in limbo and is killed during the transition from one environment to another. Because the game is still running in the background, even if "you" ain't there. The goal is to limit the duration of exposure. I have with friends tried on purpose to kill every last thing we can find ... but it still can happen.
Again, this is just how my friends and I play, because it just makes sense to us.

After my friend swapped into his laptop instead of my laptop the bug was gone, I guess the game doesn't go well with Ryzen iGPUs.
