Fixing Missing File Privileges
For a while now, i haven't been able to download, update, or play gta 5 because every time i try it shows missing file privileges. I have tried clearing my download cache but it didn't work. How can i fix this issue?

file privileges = admin mode. you may need to enable it for the steam executable... or disable it.

in windows security, turn off ransomware protection, turn off controlled folder access. Rightclick on gta folder, set permissions back to you/admin.

Stop allowing Game Clients to "Start with Windows"
Get all that stuff out of your OS Startup.
Then after your PC loads up, right click known-good apps and click "Run As Admin"

Always launch game clients this way AFTER the OS loads up.
They can't start with the admin mode if they are included in OS Startup. Unless the app or service is provided by MS.

Turn everything to do with OneDrive and Defender off.
