Report a translation problem
in windows security, turn off ransomware protection, turn off controlled folder access. Rightclick on gta folder, set permissions back to you/admin.
Get all that stuff out of your OS Startup.
Then after your PC loads up, right click known-good apps and click "Run As Admin"
Always launch game clients this way AFTER the OS loads up.
They can't start with the admin mode if they are included in OS Startup. Unless the app or service is provided by MS.
Turn everything to do with OneDrive and Defender off.
