Not worth it, seriously not worth it. just download a torrent cracked, i played that for 3 years with a hugely self modified single player content with 300+ real world cars added XD DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO ROCKSTAR for a copy of a dead broken game full of modders and racists/terrorists.

Story isn't different from the console one.
Graphics are slightly better that the ps4 version.
But other than that, there's no point in getting the pc version.
Online is way better on consoles as well, so if you've got any console version already, save your money.

You may simply buy a cheap mouse and keyboard adapter for your console to get the feeling of playing on PC. There's no reason to buy the same game twice, especially when that game is a broken mess.
