GTA 5 Legacy isn't loading the graphics card.
GTA 5 Legacy only utilizes the RTX 4060 graphics card at 3–7%. How can I fix this?

Check graphic drivers via windows settings
What makes you think there is something wrong?

Bro, your card is well above the recommended system requirements. The 4060 only needs to deliver no more than 7% of its resources to process the highest settings you choose. You are using 8 gb GDDR6, run by 3072 cuda cores, at a clock frequency of 2.46, which is quite a bit more than the GPUs that were around at the time of GTA V Legacy's release ten years ago, so your CGI will be drawn like butter on bread. Nothing is wrong. Quite the opposite.

Mine work perfectly
Thanks, Bro. I’ve developed some concerns regarding the FPS--it consistently stays in the 30-60 range, regardless of the settings. That’s why I have some questions about this, and I’m not very happy about it.

Most likely, the game is using the integrated graphics instead of the RTX 4060

If you have an iGPU it's best to just disable it in the BIOS. Causes more problems running both with gaming than it helps. Also disable vsync if you have a 60hz monitor. You'll be capped at 60FPS no matter what.

Also... make sure your video output is plugged into your GPU and not your motherboard. I have to mention this as I helped *fix* a friend's computer recently and that was the issue :captainclown:

That's not how it works. If you turn off VSync, the graphics card will try to output maximum FPS regardless of your monitor's refresh rate. When you enable VSync, the FPS gets capped at your monitor's refresh rate

Get some sleep and re-read what I said

You're right, I slightly misunderstood your phrasing.
In any case, turning off VSync on a 60hz monitor isn't worth it unless it's just for testing. Otherwise, it's just unnecessary load on the system

If you disable Vsync without turning on other sync options, you'll get screen tearing and it gives me headache
