I didn't get the ocelot virtue car

Hello every one i did all Dax missions no call from him tried many solutions (verifying the game and changing session nothing) so I decided to contact Rockstar told them I finished these missions as a host and I didn't get a call from Dax. Initially they suggested to me to change the session. Then after I told them I did all of these basic solutions, they replied and told me to wait 48hrs. I did nothing happened I replied them to chase my case. They replied me after a day and said I should get a call from Dax withing 24hrs in game!. I did nothing !. I was too frustrated I sent them another message. After couple of days they replied me and said

Thank you for waiting for our reply.

I ran the game went to check my garages nothing.Just my 2nd character got it.
So any suggestions or should I give up?

There is no yellow marker and nothing at the park just random npc cars.
