yes but look at my last screenshot, the safe only has 2 rows of numbers not 3!

These are all safe combinations. If you can't find the note inside the safe house, just "brute force" through all codes.

If your gamefiles got altered somehow, just verifty the game files with Steam, and delete the games cache and temp files.

You can use this tool to delete temp and cache files of the game, i always use it if i have to.

Make sure to use it as admin, else it won't work.

Honestly didn't think GTA had a problem with widescreen?
But from your screenshot, about 95% positive it's a widescreen issue..

Yeah, I'm with firestorm on this one but not quite 100%.. could always be something else. To test this tho, just do alt-enter from within game. That should change you from full screen to window mode, and should eliminate any display tailored or altered by a widened appearance.
