can"t select cayo perico hesit finale

i have done all preps but in finale not option show to select approach vehicle and other some one help me ...

You have to keep tabbing over ot the lower right and hit Start mission before you can select options for heist.

what bigben said.. except it's not a tab. The start button is in the lower left corner of the finale tab, you can access it by using your directional arrows.. but yea, you have to load up a lobby where you can invite others if you wish.. when you start the heist from there, you'll be able to set your selections, hire any additional staff that you might feel necessary, and launch the heist..
