I've already checked youtube, and it was said that UFO will spawn again, without saying how and when.
'till here the comments are totally wrong or useless.

Also, I think I read somewhere that there are a few extra, so you might reach the count anyway.

Just keep checking the map thing that shows where they are each day.

I just took a picture of one so they're still around. You only get 15k for a picture, nothing crazy.

They spawn at night. Best way to find them get a helicopter and fly around. Look in the distance for lights with a white beam of light shining to the ground. I'm pretty sure they spawn when you see lightning flash the sky and thunder sound. And I'm pretty sure it's random.

Just have to say OP I'm very perplexed why you find this so apparently upsetting and yet it's nothing more than a cosmetic time-limited event. You missed a couple, what exactly is the big deal? It's just a neat, low-effort way of being in the Halloween spirit on Rockstar's part. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm simply confused. Just don't miss the grand finale, which if the calendar I've seen is correct, will last the whole Saturday to Monday/Halloween span as opposed to last year which I recall as being a strict 24 hours on Halloween itself.

Lol, i'm not upset. When I take part to an event I would like to complete it 100%. I just want to get the infos about it, if it's possible or not. Without waiting the next year and without reading fake answers or seeing fake videos.

That's fair. Thank you for adding that context. If you're curious what the grand finale is probably going to be like, I do have a video from last year posted on my Steam profile > Videos, nothing fake about it, but honestly I'd suggest leaving it unspoiled and just see it when they do it in less than 2 weeks. Maybe they'll change up the weather and make some other refinements.

If you miss(ed) Oct 16, Oct 19 or Oct 21 then you no, you're SOL. Those days appear 1 time only throughout the event (one irl day).

Most of the UFO's will appear later when will spawn more then one per day but are also some will spawn only once during the event on days 4(Oct 16),7(Oct.19) and 9(Oct.21).
