The leonora johnson mission is available for every1, however i've heard of a glitch that after the first tow mission if u dont listen to the weazel news on the radio which talks about leonora johnson case there is a chance d mission will glitch and the paper scraps wont spawn

DON'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE! Letter scraps ARE NOT the returning player exclusive, are you playing in single player? Because I can see no way of there not being letter scraps.

I have the same exact problem I have all the achivements except for the 100% one and the letter scraps. The letter scraps never appear not even 1 of them. i even contacted support and they didnt help me with much, they pretty much just told me to start a New game again, which I'm not willing to do because of all the countless of hours I've put in into my save file. RIP 100%. ;/

You also need to create and upload a video using the rockstar editor :P

You also need to create and upload a video using the rockstar editor :P

Oh and that lol :P. I don't really count that since i can just upload any 10sec video then delete it afterwards just to get the achivement :P
