How can I get my Saitek ST90 Joystick to work with Aerial Vehicles?

I tried, but GTA 5 doesn't seem to accept my controller when I try to bound keys to it.

you could use them in GTA4 sure but you can't use pure flying simulator joysticks in GTA5 flying i'm pretty sure you can only use console game controllers with the thumb sticks

This should work. The program will allow you to use your joystick to control an emulated xbox controller, so you'll just have to map the controls accordingly. The same problem exists for any controller that uses the normal controller input scheme, instead of, I think it's called xinput.

I did use that, but the controls for the joystick are now inverted (which is annoying) but at least it worked, so thanks.
