GTA 4 more realistic than GTA 5?

GTA 4 felt more realistic. When you shoot people in non fatal parts of their body they would end up in a prone position, dazed. Also you couldnt kill almost everyone in sight with one punch... Car crashes seemed more realistic and also when i punch or beat someone the paramedics can't save them from a single punch (only confirmed for online, i never watched paramedics try to save someone in singleplayer).

I too believe that GTA IV was more realistic as it's become uncountable the number of times that I've seen completely sober people lightly brush past something only to fall awkwardly over and spend twenty minutes trying to stand up again.

GTA5 is just a big map, features more, and the details of what I think GTA4 do well.

But there is no genuine GTA4 and Episodes from Liberty City of steam in China. Can only through the other game platform to download pirated GTA and crack patch. In Chinese, steam GTA only GTA5 and San Andreas and GTA5 online prepaid card. I play the seven GTA version of six are pirated. I don't want to buy, but I can't buy it.

cars collisions was better on gta 4...possible to do destruction derby but not on gta 5 online,it go take 2H to kill car....

I also want to add shooting people int he face in GTA 4 felt more brutal, when i kill people in GTA 5 it feels like a cartoon lol

I wonder why they didnt sell GTA 4 to china but allow their others game to sell there?

GTA V was more realistic yes, but a lot of people apparently disliked it, especially the way cars handled.

Though that last comment...no, GTA was more cartoonish then Saints Row.

GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas were cartoony, sniper headshots could blow a head clean off, art style was more cartoonish and things weren't as realistic either.

Saints Row started out as a more serious version of GTA, but this started to change with 2 and went all overboard with 3 and 4.

GTA V, compared to the 3D era (3, VC, SA) is still more realistic then those three games and most of Saints Row combined.

GTAV is much more realistic feeling in terms of scale, I played the GTA4 DLC after playing GTA5 just for a change and you definitely feel very constrained in Liberty City compared to GTA5.

I couldn't get into Saint's Row. I got #3 on sale ages ago, spent a few hours on it but it just felt a bit pointless. The humour got old pretty quickly.

i feel like GTA5 has expanded features that could be considered realistic, but GTA4's basics are more real to me at least. Even the damage to A.I was realistic. In GTA5 i can shoot 10-20 bullets all over an enemy and they dont die.. and yes there are rare chances of people surviving with a body full of bullet holes but what are the chances of that? In GTA 5 even though the bad guys might be wearing body army it's still unrealistic to receive that many bullets and get up like nothing happened.

In GTA4 i can still remember enemies and civilians being in pain on the ground from a few bullets or just be dazed out.

yea the newest saints row is wayyyy to cartoonish i dont even like the shooting anymore in it. I loved the gang theme saints row had... too bad they decided to turn it into a cartoon it could have been a competitive game against GTA but i guess they didnt want that type of competition so it turned into it's own thing thats not like the original saint row games.

One of the big complaints from fans was that GTA 4 was too realistic and boring, so Rockstar made GTA 5 more over the top and insane, abit like San Andreas.
