Yeah steam works will never happen. Rockstar has showed they prefer their inferior drm and server system to Steams, just like EA's Origin and Ubisoft's Uplay.

I'm not sure you read the rest of the comment, GTA IV and EFLC have had movement in SteamDB. I'm not saying Steamworks will happen, but I see little reason to touch anything else in such old games. (Removing the music due to copyright could be a reason, but GTA SA also got SteamDB activity around 2 weeks ago, with an entry added that reads "Original radio update").

Guess we'll have to wait and see, either way, I thought GTA 1 & 2 were removed recently, wasn't even aware they disappeared since last year.
