Are the cars slowed down when you add 100% armor protection?
That means they don't reach top speed and accelerate much slower.

Is this true? What do you guys know?

Please, be honest. Thank you in advance.

I upgrade most of my vehicles to have 100% armor, from my experience it doesn't change speed at all, my fully armored Z-Type can easily outrun a Zentorno in a straight line.

From what I have read online and seen in videos, it doesn't affect the speed or acceleration of a vehicle.

This is why i sold my regular kuruma...no performance over the armored one...Might have kept it if i could get a few more garages.

nope

The Kuruma unarmoured is a decent car, but I cannot justify giving it a space.

However, if you have a Bati, add a passenger and the speed is slowed by 99%

So if you ride a bike and you have a passenger, it will slow down?

you can but I find it to be pointless as all it would do is make the bike take less damge from hits and bullets. Since you are sitting exposed on it the amour is useless to you for protection.
