GTA V: Black sky bug

So I installed this game earlier and from the start I've had issues where the sky is just black with pixellated boarders around all other objects. After a while it sorts itself out until it almost randomly switches back to normal a few minuites later.

I've had no other issues so far. I've varified the content but it didn't come up with any issues. Has anyone else had this problem? I've done a quick google but didn't find anyhting similar.

Dell inspiron 15 7458. Specs: 3GHz i7, 16Gb RAM, 1Tb Hard Drive, 4Gb Graphics card, Windows 8.1 64 bit

Any suggestions?...

Same problem, also it crushing every time :( when i go outside from house

Think all I did was lower the graphics quality in game and restart. Let me know if this helps x
