Can't pick up hookers?

For some reason I can no longer pick up hookers in story mode. They don't respond to beeping the horn at all. Anyone know why this might be?

There was no judgement on my part. I just personally don't see the need. Picking up virtual hookers is just plain weird to me.

It tells you if you can't use the car you are in. I was using the default car for Franklin and the hookers have no reaction to beeping the horn. I am thinking maybe it was a mod I downloaded, maybe it messed it up. It wouldn't be the first time a mod has done that to me.

it's one of the requirement for 100%, some ppl are just trying to check all the mark.

And you were judgmental by commenting on this. If you find it "weird" why not simply stay outside the topic? It's not like your "i find this weird, i don't understand why people whould do that" comment would add anything useful to the conversation.
Also you need it for 100% completion just like you need a visit to the strip club and a private dance. Some people care about completing a game 100%.

I tried it with Frankling and his standard car. It worked for me just fine.

Needs to be night time, and pretty sure the car needs aroof. Also make sure they are hookers and not just some chicks haning out. Normal chicks hate it when you offer them money for sex.
