SEA Servers?

Hi, i'm thinking about buying GTA V and tha main reason is the online play, i want to know if there are SEA Servers, more specifically Philippine servers, I also want to know if people from the Philippines who play GTA Online have latency problems (lag, high ping, etc)

Don't buy it until Rockstar fixes their game.
Currently, it has intense stutters, performance problems, bad anti-cheat, and of course lots and lots of hackers who will never get punished.
Also it's dying.

It's peer to peer, so you'll have low ping as long as everyone else is close to you. The game doesn't try to sort people based on location though, everybody has lots of connection problems because of it.
